Meet Paris — Your Coach, Your Mentor, Your Biggest Supporter
How It Started
Paris has always known she wanted to work in fitness and help other women feel confident in their own bodies. In school, she gravitated toward anything related to movement, anatomy, and athletic performance. While other people were just trying to pass PE, she was fascinated by how the body works and why certain exercises create specific results.
That curiosity led her to study Sports Medicine, where she learned the science behind muscles, joints, recovery, and injury prevention. From there, becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer felt like the natural next step — a way to turn her education and passion into a real career serving women.
Barbells and Bows is the result of all of that: years of studying, lifting, learning, and realizing that her purpose is to coach women who want to feel strong, feminine, and in control of their lives.
A Coaching Style Designed for Women
Paris doesn’t just hand you a plan — she teaches you how to move, why you're doing each exercise, and how to build the habits that create long-term change.
Her coaching is built on:
🎀 Form-Focused Training
Paris analyzes your movements, protects your joints, and ensures you train with intention.
🎀 Balance of Soft & Strong
Feminine energy meets structured discipline.
🎀 Real Accountability
Weekly check-ins, feedback, and support so you stay consistent.
🎀 A Safe Space for Women
No judgment. No pressure. Just empowerment and progress.
🎀 Lifestyle + Mindset Coaching
Because fitness isn’t just physical — it’s mental, emotional, and personal.
Paris Wright is the founder and head coach of Barbells and Bows, where feminine strength meets fierce, unstoppable energy. Her mission is simple:

🌸 Q&A
Q: What inspired you to become a personal trainer?
A: I started my fitness journey feeling lost, intimidated, and unsure what to do in the gym. Once I learned proper form, discipline, and structure… everything changed. I became obsessed with helping other women feel confident, capable, and powerful — the way lifting made me feel.
Q: What’s your coaching style like?
A: Feminine but disciplined. Supportive but structured. I teach women how to train intentionally, build real strength, and create habits that last — without losing their softness.
Q: What certifications do you have?
A: I am NASM Certified (National Academy of Sports Medicine), one of the top accredited training programs in the country. I also hold an Associate’s Degree in Sports Medicine, which gives me deeper knowledge of biomechanics, injury prevention, and how the body moves.
Q: What type of clients do you specialize in?
A: Women who want to become confident lifters — beginners, intermediate lifters, and women returning to the gym after time away. I also specialize in building glutes, building core strength, form correction, and feminine physique shaping.
Q: What makes Barbells and Bows different from other programs?
A: I actually coach you. Not just send you a plan and disappear. You get weekly check-ins, form feedback, structured programming, and emotional support. You don’t just transform your body — you transform your discipline and confidence.
Q: What’s your philosophy when it comes to fitness?
A: Strength and femininity can coexist. You can be soft AND strong, girly AND gritty, pretty AND powerful. Barbells and Bows is built to reflect that balance.
Q: What can clients expect when working with you?
A: Structure, honesty, accountability, and genuine support. I hold you to a high standard because I want you to see real results, not temporary changes.
